I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location regarding the Subway Rewards program. I tried to redeem my reward dollars, and I also showed an official email from Subway stating that the previous minimum redemption threshold had been removed. However, the staff member informed me that they could not accept it because it was still below a $3 AUD threshold and mentioned that their boss had not received any update email, so they would not follow the current Subway system rules. This was frustrating because it seems like this franchise is not fully aligned with Subway’s official rewards policy, which led to confusion and inconsistency in service. I hope management ensures all stores are updated with the latest policies so customers can have a smooth and consistent experience across all locations. Becareful if you go here! Old dry bread, tough after toast. The lady pretending not understanding what you say, refuse to fix any issues. Trough in the bin. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Friendly staff and good customer service. I recommend this Subway restaurant in Parramatta over others. Also, good seating capacity where you can peacefully enjoy your meal with friends and family.
