Very bad experience with restaurant employees and they told me i will serve you last. However, i come inside the store for uber pickup and i stand in the line of customers then i got my number and i show them the uber order and they told me there is lot of customers behind you so please stay outside of the store and come later I strongly disagree with their unsatisfied answer. WE VISITED THIS STORE TODAY (MONDAY, 2/02/2026) AROUND 20 MINUTES BEFORE WRITING THIS REVIEW, AND THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THE STAFF MEMBER ON DUTY—A TALL MALE WHOSE NAME SOUNDED LIKE RAVANISH OR “RAVA”—WAS RUDE, IMPATIENT, AND CLEARLY UNINTERESTED IN DOING HIS JOB. FROM THE MOMENT WE ORDERED, HE LOOKED ANNOYED AND CONTINUOUSLY RUSHED US, EVEN THOUGH WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. HE SPOKE IN A HOSTILE AND AGGRESSIVE TONE AND DEMANDED THAT WE STATE OUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY. WHEN WE REQUESTED A SIMPLE MODIFICATION (SEPARATING A FOOTLONG), HE SNAPPED AND SAID, “TELL ME BEFORE I MADE THIS,” DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAD CLEARLY STATED IT EARLIER. HE WAS SIMPLY TOO BUSY RUSHING AND NOT LISTENING. HE FAILED TO FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTIONS, INCLUDING LEAVING OUT VEGETABLES WE DID NOT WANT AND COMPLETELY IGNORING MY REQUEST TO ADD CARROTS—ALL BECAUSE HE WAS RUSHING FOR NO REASON AT ALL. THIS SHOWED A COMPLETE LACK OF ATTENTION, CARE, AND PROFESSIONALISM. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, WHEN I ORDERED A DRINK, HE SLAMMED THE COKE DOWN ON THE COUNTER IN FRONT OF ME. THIS WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEHAVIOR. WE CAME IN HUNGRY AND EARLY IN THE DAY, EXPECTING AT LEAST BASIC COURTESY AND DECENT SERVICE, BUT INSTEAD WE RECEIVED ATTITUDE, POOR COMMUNICATION, AND CARELESS FOOD PREPARATION. THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR HAS ABSOLUTELY NO PLACE IN THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY. STAFF SHOULD BE PROPERLY TRAINED BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS. THIS EXPERIENCE COMPLETELY RUINED OUR MOOD, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO SERIOUSLY ADDRESS STAFF BEHAVIOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS BECAUSE THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE. FOR THE SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER OF THIS STORE: PLEASE REVIEW THE CCTV FOOTAGE FROM THIS TIME SO YOU CAN SEE FIRSTHAND HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THIS STAFF MEMBER WAS. HE NEEDS PROPER TRAINING AND SUPERVISION BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO WORK IN THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stay clear, owner replies back to reviews claiming everyone is wrong and that they don’t do this or that, explain why so many people went out of their way to write reviews about the unhygienic, disgusting work place this is. Council should do an unannounced inspection I guarantee this place will fail immediately or just act like a normal customer walking in and immediate fail. The knifes clearly aren’t kept under the wardrobe as I watched them with my own eyes do it, if I could upload videos here I would but I cannot, but I have video proof of your staff not changing gloves, using same knife for all, and cross contaminating everything mixing tuna with chicken, chicken with beef, beef with ham. It’s ridiculous steer clear of this rubbish place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
