One staff member more concerned with her phone call then doing her job correctly. Made another customers order incorrect and had to remake it and missed items from my order. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We didn't eat there had hot drinks but there were more choice of food than there use to be also there point system needs to come back I had lost over a thousand points this should be honoured to people who didn't no the time limit. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Paid £11.39 for a Cheese and Herb foot long BMT with extra meat and cheese, sweetcorn and red onions with southwest sauce. Without the generic soggy lettuce and cucumber. Didn’t get this at all. No extra meat, no extra cheese, no sauce and the generic salad I didn’t want on it. Absolute joke of a service with poor customer service from the young lass on the counter. When I went to try and get it changed and they turned and said that’s what I ordered instead of fixing the issue after I paid £11.39 for something I do not like which will now get wasted Subway will never be getting my service again. Used to be great, but this company has fell off big time in my opinion Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
