They stop taking cash after I believe 6 or 6:30. So if you visit after then and want to eat, make sure not to forget your card. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

This Subway location is consistently frustrating and the sandwich quality varies wildly. They randomly close before the posted time of 11:00 PM. There has been an ongoing issue with the app where it says the order is placed and I get charged but the order doesn't go through correctly. This ends up holding my funds for several days and not only have I not even gotten a perfunctory apology from the manager, she refuses to speak to me and will only text with her employees. This puts the employees in an uncomfortable position and makes it very clear she doesn't care in the least for the customers. This Subway is in my neighborhood and I have tried to give them chances time and again. If you really want Subway (and can find a good deal), do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. Zero stars.

I do want to clarify that our location is open until 10:00 PM, not 11:00 PM, and we do our best to stay consistent with those posted hours. If we missed that mark at any point, we’d want to look into it. Regarding the app issue, what you’re describing sounds like a pending authorization rather than a completed charge. When an order doesn’t fully transmit, the system can place a temporary hold that typically releases within a few days. I understand how frustrating that can feel, and we’re happy to help guide you on how to resolve that more quickly if it happens again. As for communication, we take that seriously. It’s never our intent to make a guest feel ignored or put our team in the middle. We’ll address that internally.
