Disgusting service and poor customer care ,ordered a veg sub and didn't even put a patty inside and took the price as well ,if there was a option of no star I would have definitely used that one.Eben the staff there instead of apologising for the mistake started arguing and insulted . People should avoid this branch or the management should look into it.

My friend ordered a Subway on the app to collect at 9:00am, but the confirmation came back saying 11:00am. She called the shop and spoke with Sukmanjeet, who told her it was fine to come in and he’d make the sandwich there and then. When she arrived, he flat-out refused to give her the food she’d already paid for. When we called back, he denied ever saying it, claimed he was too busy, and then hung up on us. No refund, no solution, nothing but attitude. Terrible customer service – misleading, dismissive, and rude. If this is how they treat paying customers, avoid this branch at all costs.
