The manager of this store is doing the employees of this location wrong by only having two of them on shift all the time. I just had to wait for about 10 minutes on a pickup order because there was a huge line of people. On top of that, I'm pretty sure both employees were new. It's clear the management isnt valuing their employees enough, and it shows in the food and atmosphere. My sandwich was poorly assembled because they were rushing to get through everyone. There was an incredibly obnoxious alarm going off from the register or something the whole time, probably signaling a new online order. The manager or store owner needs to have more people on shift at once, at least during rush hours. Price per person: $1–10

I’ve been coming to this Subway location in Raleigh since I was a kid, and it continues to be the only one I choose to visit. The consistency, cleanliness, and overall service truly set it apart. A special shoutout to Miss Marta she consistently makes excellent subs and provides friendly, professional service every time. Her attention to detail and positive attitude make every visit a great experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
