My complaint is about the fact that I had to get pizza the way the manager wanted. I have been to several subways and they will fix your pizza the way you want it they will add tomatoes and spinach if you like. Which is what I liked they said that they couldn’t Fix it the way I was asking because they said the tomatoes would pop. So the way I got my pizza was like they would fix it at Pizzahut. If I wanted my pizza that way, I would have gone to Pizzahut I like having the additional vegetables. The manager is just slightly rude. They are a little Cheap with their ingredients. I only went there because I was getting something for someone else and we live in the area. I will never go back there again. He was very quick to let me know that different things that I put on there would cost me extra. I just did not like his attitude at all and that’s not the first time I’ve been there. It was the same when I went the last time and I knew not to return. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am a frequent (weekly) customer at this Subway store. My experience has always been great here. The staff is friendly. The store is clean. The subs are always consistent and tasty. It is a convenient location with lots of parking and easy in/out. I use both online ordering/pick up and in-store ordering so I can watch the sub artists create my meal. Highly recommend this store. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve honestly never taken the time to write a review before, but after multiple bad experiences at this location, I feel like I need to. The owners here are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the older man. I’ve been to this location a couple times since it’s the closest to where I live, and every single time the old guy has either been rude or started unnecessary arguments. However, the experience that made me finally write this review happened with a curbside pickup order. I parked in the only Subway curbside pickup spot, checked in on the app, and waited. The app asks for your car color and type. My car is dark gray, but the only color options were black or silver, so I picked silver since it was the closest match and correctly listed my car type. The older man came outside with my order and started wandering around looking confused, even though I was parked in literally the only marked curbside pickup spot. Instead of just asking if the order was mine, he kept wandering around until I had to wave him down. Once he realized it was my order, he started arguing with me about the color of my car. I explained that dark gray wasn’t an option in the app and that he could’ve easily matched the car type, especially since I was the only car in the pickup spot. He kept arguing anyway and continued yelling until I drove off. To make it worse, when I later opened my order, the sandwiches barely had any meat or toppings on them. This has happened more than once at this location, especially with online orders, and it honestly feels like they are trying to give you as little as possible to save money. I love Subway, but this specific location is terrible because of the people running it. I’d rather drive farther to a different location than deal with this one again. If I were you, I’d avoid this Subway and go somewhere else. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
