I recently visited Subway ravenhall and had a truly wonderful experience, thanks to one of the staff member Lovepreet KAUR. There was a young lady working there who stood out for her exceptional customer service. She was polite, warm, and respectful toward every customer. The way she communicated was calm, pleasant, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire experience feel special. Lovepreet prepared my order with great care and professionalism, paying attention to detail and maintaining a positive attitude throughout. Her dedication to her work and the way she handled customers was truly impressive. It’s rare to come across such sincere and customer-focused service these days. Subway is fortunate to have staff like her representing their brand. Highly recommended—not just for the food, but for the outstanding service experience as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was nice however be careful. I ordered the dinner deal which also included a drink. I told my daughter to grab a drink and tapped. My daughter had grabbed a milk instead of softdrink so the more senior looking lady wuthout any discussion or geads up charged me the full price instead of deal without telling me or mentioning to swap the drink in that instance. I had noticed straight away after the tap. No food had been opened or taken. No offer or remorse just stated that drink is not part of the deal. It felt really deceitful and she refused to change it.It was obviously no mistake just a quick an easy way to scam when a child didnt know. I hadnt even left the cash register. The younger lady who made my sub looked soo embarrassed but didnt say anything. She knew it was wrong. I let it go and now travel to other further subways as these are not kind qualities I want to deal with in my life. I also tell all my friends not to go to that subway now. For $15 profit they actually lose more now by this. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with my experience. I clearly ordered 2 value subs advertised at $7, which was shown multiple times on the board. My partner and I even pointed it out when the total came up over $10. When I asked why, the lady serving us just kept repeating that “the register is programmed that way” and refused to explain further or honor the advertised price. Because there were customers waiting behind I paid anyway, the subs themselves were poorly made, with bare-minimum ingredients. Overall, I left feeling ripped off and ignored as a customer. Advertising a price and then charging more without explanation is unacceptable. Won’t be returning to this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
