I have never received such bad service in a Subway unit as in this one in Shopping Plaza, the place was full due to the time of day, I requested the sandwich of the day which, as it was a Monday, was chicken teriyaki, on the sign it was priced at R$17 .50 on the website it was R$17.50 and on Instagram it was R$17.50 for the sandwich of the day, but to my surprise I was charged the price of the sandwich without the promotion of the day R$22.50. The complaint is not even about the price difference of R$5 but rather because of the bad behavior of the employees in not complying with a promotion seeking to enrich a company that is already a billion-dollar company. Above all, there was the lack of politeness from the employees, especially the cashier who was extremely rude when I questioned the price of the sandwich. Disappointing.
