I visited the restaurant expecting the usual level of service, but unfortunately I was treated in a very disrespectful manner by one of the employees. After placing my order, we reached the salad section where I requested lettuce and pickles. I noticed that both trays were empty. Instead of informing me in advance that these ingredients were unavailable or being refilled, the employee simply walked away to the back without explaining the situation. I told the employee that if there were no pickles available, I would rather not continue with my order. I occasionally visit this branch, and every previous time the salad station has been fully stocked. As a customer, I do not believe it is my responsibility to deal with stock shortages, especially when they are not communicated beforehand. The situation escalated very quickly. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the employee began raising her voice and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. Her attitude was unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome. I remained frustrated by the lack of communication, but there was no reason for an employee to respond by speaking loudly or treating a customer with such poor manners. I understand that restaurants can become busy and that items may occasionally need to be refilled. However, I expect staff to communicate politely and treat customers with respect. A simple explanation or apology would have prevented the entire situation. Service: 1
