I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway inside Flying J in Rising Fawn on I-59. The two teenagers working there were unprofessional, and the young male employee was especially disrespectful and came across as racist in his behavior toward me. I was simply trying to order a sandwich, but instead of speaking professionally, he kept using hand gestures and facial expressions to communicate with me. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Rather than continue the interaction and risk an argument, I decided to walk away to avoid any conflict. Customer service should be respectful and professional for everyone, and unfortunately that was not my experience Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The floors had sticky spilled soda with ants all in it that looked as if it had been there a long time. It was one of the dirtiest Subways I have been to. They only had one worker with a line of 7 different customers and took us over 25min just to order. They need more help for sure. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Got a protein pocket and I asked the young man to heat it up, I’ve had them heated up before at other locations but he said no because it would turn into chips it gave lazy. Then he tossed my food at me at the register, it’s ashame especially because I’m constantly over the road with limited food options, I just wanted something warm to eat Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
