ordered a sub off doordash to pickup and once i got home my sub bread was as hard as rock the bread had to of been sitting out for a while i couldn’t even eat it. i called the store and the lady was very rude. i asked for a manager and she proceeded to tell me no one else was there and that she wasn’t sure who made my sub. she has red hair couldn’t ask her name before she rudely hung up on me because her shift was going to end in 8 minutes. There is an employee Delano who messes up subs on purpose. My mom orders a pepperoni sub no pepperoni on that missing the dressing. My uncle gets subs there and about three times he couldn’t figure out why his sub was missing things and looked like it was thrown together from 3 feet away. My sub was made so carelessly we threw the subs in the trash right away and the rest because of disappointment a stooge could make a sub better than that. This is only the surface multiple people have had subs made by this employee that were made like a garbage platter and missing ingredients. The employee always looks stoned He stands there staring at you with a dirty look or expression and personally it’s uncomfortable and creepy. Do not go to this subway any other subway location seems to produce an appropriate meal ready for consumption this one will let you down most the time.
