I went there around 11:00 AM on 21st May to order a footlong sandwich. There was only one staff member, a girl who didn’t seem happy at all with her job. Her tone was very rude while preparing my order, and she didn’t bother to properly listen to what I wanted in my Subway. It ended up being the worst Subway I’ve ever had. There was no rush or queue at the time, yet she still seemed frustrated. I didn’t ask for her name because after this experience, I just didn’t want to interact any further. This is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience at this Subway. Not even worth a dollar. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–40 Service: 1

every single time i come back to eat there, i get the worst service possible. It’s also not even the service that’s bad, it’s the food as well. There’s always this one lady working there and deliverers the most horrid subway i’ve ever had and i’m always looking forward to my subways but she just ruined my experience. It’s always made so messy with such less quantity of meat inside and she also screams and has an angry tone. overall 1/10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Last night 28/04/26 I ordered a footlong sub and it was drenched in sauce with barely any veggies. It was the worst sub I have ever had. I threw it out after a few bites, even my dog wouldn’t eat food like this. This is one of the worst Subway stores I have come across in Sydney, if not Australia. I will be lodging a formal complaint with head office. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
