i came in to get a £3.99 mealdeal and they charged me £7 for a basic one which i have came in before hand and got the exact same things for £3.99 , i then brought this up and he started saying its because i got a sandwich which boosted its price even though i get this exact order everytime , i ask for a ham and cheese 6 inch and he tells me to hurry up as he has got stuff to do which i found rude and then when i asked for ham began to put turkey in it. I had an early lunch in Subway today. There was a growing queue but only one person working behind the counter, making lunches and hot drinks. It has to be said that that one person was fantastic. He worked quickly, precisely, hygienically and very pleasantly. I was most impressedand told him so. He was working at an exhausting speed. Message to the manager - you need more staff. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered online and went in to see if it was ready it wasn’t and got asked if I wanted sauce on a sub that didn’t need it and kept getting quizzed on my order tried offering me a free cookie declined as all I wanted was my order last few times I’ve been in here has been a bit shit last time I was in had one of the new member of staff staring me down and asking a lot of personal questions this store was better with some of the old staff members Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
