I never give reviews, but when half my order is half missing (double checked with driver, he definitely did not receive) and the food i did receive was thrown together at best, bot cooked properly and borderline inedible, i need to complain. Whoever was working the lunch shift today clearly does not care about their job or the reputation of the company. Will not be returning to this store. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40

Unfortunately, I have to give this venue one star. I’ve ordered online for pickup three times at a designated time due to having limited free time, and each experience has been disappointing — with my food not even being prepared upon arrival. When this happened the first time, I assumed it was an honest mistake or a problem with the online ordering system. However, after it occurred two more times, I began to seriously question the staff’s attention to detail and work ethic. As a hungry customer choosing Subway over other nearby options, I expected much better service. Sadly, this has been consistently poor, and I won’t be returning. Service: 1
