I received a tuna sub with an insufficient amount of tuna, resulting in a significant portion of the sandwich lacking the primary ingredient. Despite my immediate feedback, the issue was not rectified. This experience is particularly frustrating given the twenty-minute travel time and the eleven-dollar cost for a product that did not meet acceptable standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Okay, this is really a norm for this subway. It’s not very clean, I’ve had to clean my own table several times while staff was busy talking to each other. Floors are dirty until close when they mop them, and there’s always a mood in the air that says the customers inconveniencing the staff. I included a picture of my wrap which was not over stuffed but the worker wrapped it really lazily and with little effort to make eating it convenient for the costumer. When the bacon was heated it didn’t get patted down to remove excess grease, and the worker got the sauce from the wrap all over the outside of the wrap making it supper dirty to eat. Very dissatisfied with the level of effort put into the customers food. I’ll not be returning to this subway for a while.
