My mom usually goes to subway just for water sometimes and you used to just be able to go in and ask for a cup and you can ask for up to 4 cups now you have to get a sandwich combo just to get water I live all the way in Ottawa and I came for a summer camp and we were very close but now you have to pay for water ever since these 2 lady’s came in and started working And every time we come in one of the lady’s that aren’t working just leaves. We decided to just get food from the place anyways and as she was making my sub I asked for bacon and she asked me if I wanted it toasted I said no and she continued to toast it when she toke it out she sneezed on the sandwich and continued to make it the other lady told her to make a new one but she had just left and the other lady had to make all of the sandwiches This place is not a 3.7 it’s more of a 1.4 Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Cold Cut Combo Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot, Free street parking

The server asked me if I wanted to make my order combo and my answer was NO but the server still charged me for full combo price. Check your receipt before you leave the store or visit other locations. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
