Why am I being charged extra for a refrigerated drink when this location lacks fountain drinks. It costs 7.99$ for a 6’ sandwich with either chips or 2 cookies and a FOUNTAIN drink. But this specific location removed fountain drinks, meaning that if you want a drink with the combo you ordered for a subtotal of 7.99$, you’re getting charged more because they don’t HAVE fountain drinks. Another thing is that when I was ordering, the cashier genuinely wouldn’t listen to me when they tried giving me a footlong when I wanted the 7.99$ meal of the day combo. I kept insisting that I wanted a 6’ sandwich and they kept trying to give me the footlong. Then they had the nerve to glare at me like I hit them with a car, like what? How is it my fault if you can’t listen to me nearly begging you to not charge me 3$ extra. At the end of the day I’m just upset that they didn’t even tell me I’d be overcharged, and that they wouldn’t listen to me even though it’s my own sandwich that I’m paying for them to make. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $1–10

This is the worst Subway location I’ve ever visited. The place is absolutely dirty and disgusting. Total red flag and bad vibes upon entering this particular establishment. Please avoid this location at all costI’m begging you to. The customer service is so poor and the food is super stale. I cancelled my order immediately as I was extremely turned off. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
