I would not like to give even a one star but there was no option!! I went there few days back and manager made my sub sandwich.. and she was not making my sandwich with my preferences .. i have never heard that there is just limits of dressings they add .. she told me that there are just 4 sauces allowed while on every single place even in different countries i have never heard of that kind of stuff… highly disappointed with my visit…. I love subway for some reason but that day my food was not the same that i usually enjoy eating …

Hello VishwaThank you for bringing this up. Please check you acknowledge because even if you order online there is a limit. There has to be a portion size every where. We explain you policy and understand you didnot like it. Infact you are the one who started arguing with manager.(we have video evidence) which I wish we can upload. Again sorry that we can fulfil you expectation

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway on August 18 around 3:00 PM. The sub I received was so poorly made that I ended up having to throw my food in the garbage because I could not eat it. What made the experience even worse was the way the employee responded when I politely brought up my concern. I was respectful when explaining the issue, but she spoke to me very rudely and dismissively. She could clearly see that I was pregnant, yet there was still no basic courtesy or understanding in the way she communicated with me. Order type: Dine in

Hello ShivaniWe understand your frustration. Unfortunately we can make sub according to ur request online. You made online order and than you want to change the order we had bad experience before where customer order online than customize in store and than go online made complaint about it. So we have to make the policy. You are in store staff inform you what you order online you will get it. Staff was not rude with you at all (we have video evidence) staff was politely reply your issue. Again sorry if you feel bad. We will surely discuss with our staff regarding your experience
