We had a poor experience. We ordered 30 minutes early but when we arrived to collect our order it wasn’t ready. Even then the staff in the subway continued serving other customers. I had to repeatedly remind them to get our order ready. We were travelling and needed to reach Melbourne on time. We didn’t expect such a long wait even after ordering online before we arrived. I hope Subway takes this seriously. Price per person: $20–40 Service: 1
