Absolutely ridiculous service from this Subway. This is now the SECOND order in a row they’ve messed up. A few days ago they forgot my sauces, and today they somehow forgot the entire chicken breast from my sandwich. How do you even send out a chicken sub without the chicken? To make it even worse, when I called the store to sort it out, they hung up on me instead of helping. That level of customer service is honestly unacceptable. It’s frustrating paying full price just to receive incomplete food every single time. Clearly nobody is checking orders before they go out, and staff don’t seem interested in fixing their mistakes either. Won’t be ordering from this location again. I visited the store today and was assisted by Harry, the store manager. His customer service was excellent, very friendly, professional, and he made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted.
