Very poor customer service We visited today there around 8:50 PM. I usually go to this location and have never had any problems before, but today’s experience was very poor. This is the first time I have experienced such bad service like this. While taking our order, the staff member kept asking questions in a very low voice, almost whispering. I asked several times, “Sorry, can you say that again?” but he continued speaking very quietly, and we could not hear him properly. I am not sure if he is new, as I have never seen him here before, even though I visit this Subway regularly. Even though we clearly ordered from the menu, both of us were overcharged. After we received our food and he told us that he was closing the shop. at that moment there was another customers inside as well, who was also asked to leave. The shop was then closed. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and the worst customer service I have ever received. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
