I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this time, it was unacceptable. Everything was fine until the lady handling my order asked about the vegetables. I ordered two Subway sandwiches and asked for green peppers to be added. However, she seemed to misunderstand my request, pointing out peppers during the toasting process instead. Thinking there might have been a misunderstanding, I then requested spinach since she had only added half the usual portion of peppers the first time. After asking a second time, she added only four leaves of spinach to each footlong sandwich. Now, regarding the dressings, I typically prefer them to be applied lightly, not excessively thick as was done (double the normal amount) on the breads. I gave up at that point. That's how I ended up wasting $20. Kudos to Watrous Subway for their service and consistency. However, I am frustrated with the management for seemingly instructing staff to skimp on vegetables in order to increase profits. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: I won’t prefer this one!!!
