I was very disappointed in my experience at Subway in Wayne tonight. My husband and I were driving by there on a trip to Orange City, Iowa, and we were in a hurry. I ordered through the app with specific instructions on warming my meatball sub, but not toasting it. When I started eating it, the cheese wasn't melted and the meatballs were lukewarm at best. My husband wanted a Subway melt. I didn't see it on the app so I asked when I was in the restaurant. I was told they no longer make them "because we don't have the bags for them.". I didn't know those sandwiches required a specific bag to make. Not very happy about that especially when they still have all the ingredients to make one. I've had other Subway's make sandwiches that are no longer on the menu. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
