they got my order wrong and remade it. they were fine about remaking my order. however i have now the worst food poisoning i have ever encountered in my entire life. usually it just entails unfortunate time on the toilet but i have projectile vomited 8 times in addition to that as of writing this and the only thing i have eaten today is a footlong sub, i ate it at the establishment. i will never be returning. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I had the worst customer experience ever in this Subway yesterday. The woman behind the counter, who I took to be the shift supervisor was constantly talking in a very loud voice that she was due to go home five minutes ago and she was going to have to make her own sandwich, and then said sorry but I am due to be out of here I am not going to serve you. She then yelled for the poor bloke out the back to come and serve me. When waiting to pay for the sandwich she then berated the same chap over the fact that the store had over £10 of wastage due to some meatballs, and whose fault was it. Personally, I don't care whether you are ready to go home or not, I just want my sandwich made. I also felt very embarrassed for the server being yelled at like that in front of me. I felt it was awkward, let alone how he must have felt. For goodness sake, you never berate your staff in front of customer's. Take them to the back office and do it in private, employee's are entitled to some dignity. Then to top it all off, the sandwich was vile, doughy bread and rancid tasting mayonaise a complete waste of my £4.89. It was literally the worst customer service I have ever received. I wouldn’t bother going to Subway anymore, they are literally unable to make a sandwich! They have lots of lovely signs up too saying get this meal for £x.xx but at the checkouts you get charged double because the staff appear to be incompetent or are intentionally trying to rip customers off. Go next door to the orange shop. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
