First off...I am a part of the sub club... I get email offers all the time... I recieved a sub club email today with multiple offers and sub deals for in restaurant use, with a QR code to be scanned in store for the discount deal... I proceeded to the subway shop on West Maple in Wichita at 6:55 pm, expecting to use the QR code for 2 footlong sandwiches for $12.99...the coupon says right on the coupon " for in store use" I showed the coupon before I started my order... The 2 sandwiches were finished and bagged... This is where CHAOS BEGINS!!! CASHIER CANNOT READ THE QR CODE... SCANS MULTIPLE TIMES...WONT WORK CASHIER ASKS ME IF I HAVE A SCREAN PROTECTOR ON MY PHONE...I SAY YES...NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM EVER!!!! CASHIER TURNS OUT IS THIS STORE MANAGER ON DUTY...I ASKED FOR A MANAGER...MANAGER ASKS MY NAME AND # TO LOOK IT UP IN THE "SUB CLUB" FOUND MY ACCOUNT WITH NAME AND EMAIL... MANAGER SAYS I WILL PAY NORMAL PRICE OF ALMOST $20 WHICH IS $7 MORE THAN I EXPECTED... I ASKED FOR CORPORATE PHONE # I ASKED MANAGER IF IT COULD BE MANUALLY ENTERED...REPLY WAS TO HAVE ME GO TO THE APP AND TRY TO ORDER ON THE APP... ONCE AGAIN..."FOR IN STORE USE" RIGHT ON THE COUPON... SO I WENT TO THE APP...NO GOOD!!! GOT C.S.PHONE NUMBER... LEFT WITHOUT ANY FOOD... NEVER AGAIN!!! I CALLED C.S. PHONE IMMEDIATELY UPON LEAVING THE SHOP...NO ANSWER...LEFT A MESSAGE...NOW WAITING ON A REPLY FROM C.S. WONT BE GOING BACK THERE. Price per person: $10–20

Went in on sunday april 26, 2026, at 7:49. 1 customer in front of us, employee comes from the back, starts helping the customer than looks up at me and says “we close in about 8 minutes, i don’t know if ill be able to get you” i know most code says serve until you close down the restaurant Service: 1
