I ordered an Italian BMT. I added mustard, red wine vinegar and oil and had it toasted when I got my sandwich. It was toasted and had meat cheese, red wine vinegar, and mustard. No veggies at all no tomato, no lettuce no onion no mayo The menu said Italian BMT comes with pepperoni, salami, ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo so I went back in and said oh you forgot the lettuce and onion and tomato and mayo. She said you didn’t ask for that. I said it’s on the menu. Why would I have to ask for it? She said well we only make meat and cheese unless people ask for the veggies I said are you serious? She said that’s how we’re trained. I should know subway in America is train that way if it’s on the menu, that’s what you should give me if I tell you to hold the mayo then you take off the mayo she said well you have to tell us if you want the veggies This is unbelievable. This is totally backwards. Everything that should be on the sandwich is on the menu. She said well you didn’t tell us that’s what you wanted. I said I ordered the Italian!!!!! I want everything at state it comes with if I go order a hamburger at Burger King. They’re gonna give me everything that the menu says it comes with and that’s my fault if I say oh no, I didn’t want pickles how backward is this place? Never again skip the subway there’s a lot of other places to eat around it and a lot of other subways to do it right. So stupid. Asked if I can sub a meat on a 5 meal, the lady said she'd have to charge me for another sammich. She's ignorant to the max , and if that was my employee id talk mad crap as I fired you Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
