I went in there today and there was what seemed to be a relatively new guy who has started there and he was trying his best and was super polite and clearly had not been trained properly by senior staff (not his fault) whoever the female employee is, is very rude to both customers and her own employees, I have worked in hospitality before and I understand that it is stressful and very fast paced and I have also been treated like this before so I hope this gets through to somewhere good so that he can be more helped rather than rushed and yelled at, she did not need to act this way towards him at all. The food however, was very nice and it did not take terribly long to get our food, I just hope that the treatment of this staff member is improved because it was totally unfair to him and he needs help and not rushing and backhanded treatment.
