The subway here looked like rubbish. Taste wise it was horrible...even though it was my first meal of the day at 4pm, I could not finish it...that is how bad it was. A young gentleman who made our orders was either not interested in making our orders or needed some training..whatever the reason was...we wasted our money and time. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch

If I could I would give a minus 100. This store has a staff member who is so incredibly incompetent that you will leave shaking your head. Twice we have gone there and twice we have ordered the beetroot subs. Twice we have NOT received beetroot subs. On the second visit, I asked the incompetent girl where the beetroot was on our subs and she told me I hadn't ordered beetroot subs and she then said I haven't charged you fot it and walked off to the next customer. The subs we received on both occasions were a slapped together soggy disgusting mess. I made the decision to leave as I really feel that I would possibly have yelled at her. Rude girl needs management to do something about her attitude and her customer service skills, oh thats right she has no customer service skills. DO NOT GO THERE. we have had the Beetroot subs in Sale vic, and they were incredibly nice. No Beetroot subs for us until we leave the area and go somewhere where management cares about the customers. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20
