Yeah it’s not a good store bread was not fresh very dry and stale the customer service was terrible lady kept asking me what I wanted even though I told her clearly I had to keep repeating what I wanted no language barrier just she wasn’t engaged or listening this was all before the salad then I asked for crispy onion she shook the container which I could tell had hardly anything in it there was a few specks of onion I said oh u really shouldn’t of bothered as hardly anything has come out just being light hearted the response was oh some people don’t like loads but when I got home the sandwich was drenched in ranch so where was the balance and logic there she just wanted to talk back for the sake of it 3 ladies all behind the counter non of them looked happy to be there I believe the store makes any kind of profit because of the location and it’s a shame as I think it’s the franchise or the relatives that are hired at the location also no engagement for on the store on reviews it just shows that they don’t care and just want the money very sad to see some people really need to go on customer service workshops or find another job if it hurts to crack a smile whilst SERVING it’s kind of written into the religion of these women too to serve but they couldn’t manage that and they are getting paid terrible terrible they need to go to other locations and see the difference the one in town opposite the Greggs smashes it with customer service lil place with people with big hearts but these lot guys I dare u to go in and see if u spot a smile from anyone who works here Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

I stop here oftenly before going to work. The only reason I come here if because it’s convenient to me. Staff here is extremely rude. Especially the girl with a mole, she never wears a batch so don’t know her name. They speak way too arrogantly. Don’t reply on your Thankyou and all. Make crazy faces if ask for sides little late. They look way too unhappy at their jobs. I feel like subway should hire staff who really knows the values of customer service. Or maybe the owners should teach them how to speak to their customers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30

After 3 years of buying tuna subs this place does the worst. A smear of tuna on the sub and 6 pieces of sweetcorn. Poor quantity and overall poor quality for a pricey meal. Called to inform them and was met with arrogance and told they could check the CCTV instead of apologising in some way to the customer.
