I visited your branch today to collect my order, and I have to say the service I received was completely unacceptable. Firstly, the staff member refused to add the ingredients I requested to my sub. Secondly, when I asked for extra sauce, I was told it had "finished." Excuse me? If the sauce has run out, replace it. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there was another container of the same sauce sitting behind the counter, which was eventually used after I questioned it. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service and willingness to help. Customers should not have to argue over basic requests, especially when the requested items are clearly available. I strongly suggest the branch provides proper customer service training to its staff. A polite attitude, better communication, and a willingness to assist customers should be the standard, not the exception. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
