I had a really great experience at Subway thanks to Imogen. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like a valued customer. She took the time to listen carefully to my order, made everything exactly how I asked, and worked quickly without making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was her positive attitude and professionalism. She stayed polite, patient, and cheerful the entire time, even while keeping everything moving efficiently. It's clear that she takes pride in providing great customer service and making sure customers leave happy. The food was fresh, my order was perfect, and the overall experience was one of the best I've had at Subway. Employees like Imogen make a real difference and are a big reason people come back. I even took the time and effort to write this review because that's how much I appreciated the service Imogen gave me. Great customer service deserves to be recognised, and she definitely earned this 5-star review. Thanks again for the excellent service—I hope your hard work gets the recognition it deserves!
