Es un sitio genial, para tomar algo tranquilo con amigos durante la semana al igual que puedes venir durante el finde y estar de fiesta con amigos. Ambiente hawaiano. Muy recomendable

If it weren’t for the fact that I had already paid for the brunch in advance, I wouldn’t set foot in this bar! If you're looking for a place that lacks communication and accountability, then Sugar Cane bar is the place to go! I paid for bottomless brunch for two people at 4:30 PM for Sunday the 1st of February. My friend and I arrived at 4:00 PM to find the shutters down. Extremely confused as to why this was the case, we contacted the bar multiple times via phone calls, texts, and even messages on the answering machine. We sat outside the bar for over an hour waiting for the place to open, but it didn’t. We didn't receive any response until 6:51 PM—nearly three hours after our booking time—stating that they had to close due to a shortage of staff. This is utterly unacceptable. The fact that no prior notice was given before our brunch time regarding the closure, as well as the lack of apology or compensation in the message, is appalling. And the fact it’s almost been 2 weeks and still no response is appalling . My friend and I traveled all the way from Liverpool and took time off work; this brunch was intended to celebrate a 21st birthday. To add insult to injury, I sent another message on 09/02/25, which someone has read but chosen not to reply to! The unprofessionalism displayed is truly appalling. Lastly, this place is clearly built on lies. I came to the bar again on the Tuesday the 10th hoping to speak to someone face-to-face about this situation, only to find the place shut yet again, despite Google stating it was open. And, unsurprisingly, nobody was answering the phone. I would like either a refund or a date on which the venue will actually be open to book! I refuse to be scammed!
