Dear JS King, thank you very much for your review. We aim to provide every guest with a pleasant experience, which is why we take your feedback very seriously and will discuss it with the team. We assume the cocktail in question was the "Morello," where the ingredient cherry liqueur is added last to create a visual contrast. We believe the bartender accidentally forgot the final ingredient. This, of course, should not happen, and we sincerely apologize for it. However, it is correct that the liqueur is added at the end, so it was appropriate to add it afterward in this case.
