I have now contacted you twice regarding the racist comment made towards my mother by your staff on 24th August 2025. You have failed to provide any response. This incident has caused my elderly mother significant upset and distress, and your refusal to acknowledge or address it is unacceptable. As you have chosen not to respond, I am now formally logging the incident with: • The Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) • My local council’s hate crime reporting service • The police (as a racist hate incident) • Your head office (if applicable) All correspondence has been documented. You will be contacted directly by the relevant authorities regarding this matter. Your racist behaviour is disgraceful, and it has caused my elderly mother significant distress. Whether you choose to take responsibility or not, you should know that such actions are morally wrong and deeply harmful and Allah sees all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am raising a serious complaint regarding an incident that took place at your restaurant on 24th August 2025 When my mother came into the restaurant, a member of your staff told her: “Have water instead, it will make you white.” This comment was racist, offensive, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be subjected to this type of discriminatory remark in your establishment. I am requesting that you: • Investigate this incident urgently • Take appropriate action regarding the staff member involved • Confirm what steps your restaurant will take to ensure this behaviour does not happen again If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to escalate this to your head office (if applicable), report it as a racist incident to the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), and consider further action through the relevant authorities.
