Checked in last night, to be honest this hotel should have ZERO stars here is the reasons why: 1. When you walk-in no bellman will offer to carry your luggage. 2. No vallet service and unhelpful staff. 3. Clogged toilet bowl we booked 2 rooms both toilet bowls are clogged. 4. Bedsheet have stains seems like its not being laundried. 5. The paint inside the rooms are delapidating. 6. The room that I got on the 2nd floor the window on top of the glassdoor is open and unreachable. You hear all the noises and the fun part is on top of road noise my sleep was disrupted by then water tank filling give or take between 02:30am to 03:00am 7. There is no towels in the room and yes you have to request it and even then its not that light. 8. Beds seems to be stiff and old.

SLOW SERVICE INCOMPLETE yung mga gamit like towel and other toiletries ANG BAHO NG ROOM. Parang Di nilinis ng maayos. Palit bedsheet lang ata sila then ok na kasi I saw some stains pa sa iba and di nila chinicheck room bago ka mag check in kaya kulang kulang. I called them so many times about sa mga kulang and puro ok pero wala parin
