Very bad experience, the beef on the menu is 200g is 4000yen but in the receipt is 4400 yen. Shabu Shabu is 2000 but in the receipt is 2200 yen. P/s ; total bill still with 10% tax. Other side I’m not sure the price difference or not, no point to check anymore. Not recommended Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yesterday I called in advance for a friend's birthday party and went there for the first time, but to say the least, it was the worst. First of all, I am very happy and grateful for your service, but I felt that I needed to say something. There is a difference between having a word and not having one. I was disappointed that I was seated at a table even though I had told them I was going with my children. ``On the phone, they said it would be small, but they would provide a sunken kotatsu.'' Also, I chose the shabu-shabu course, but they brought sukiyaki with me, and it didn't feel good to just take the sukiyaki off the table without even apologizing. I understand that it was busy on the weekend, but they were very slow in providing towels and drinks. There are dishes that can be ordered individually as well as course meals. I was sad because there was no explanation when I brought it. For example, this is a course meal with three types of sashimi... Also, I ordered salt yakisoba for my child, but it had too much pepper and was spicy. Even adults found it painful. I felt like I would never go there again.
