Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We genuinely appreciate it, as it shows that you really wanted to help us improve rather than simply complain.Over the past few months, we have unfortunately experienced some staffing changes, which did affect the consistency of our food quality. However, we have now resolved those issues. The staff members who were not meeting our standards have now left, and we, the owners, are personally in the kitchen overseeing every order to make sure every meal meets the standard we expect.We also want all of our customers to know that if you’re ever unhappy with your food, please don’t hesitate to call the shop. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and pride ourselves on our aftercare. If there’s a genuine problem with your meal, we will always do our best to put it right, including replacing it where appropriate.Thank you again for your honest feedback.
