Hi Cole, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that your visit did not meet expectations. What you described is not how we do business, and it certainly isn’t the level of hospitality we strive to provide every guest. Our goal is always to communicate clearly about kitchen hours and to treat every table with respect and appreciation — especially when guests are making an effort to be considerate of closing time. We’re disappointed to hear that the interaction felt rude or dismissive, as that is not representative of our team or our standards.
