The food at Sunflower Cafe is absolutely exceptional! I cannot speak highly enough of the chef and the talented line cooks in the kitchen. Every single dish that came out was delicately crafted, stunningly presented, and executed with incredible quality and attention to detail. Compliments to the entire culinary team—their skill and passion truly shine through on the plate, and we would return for the food alone in a heartbeat. I do want to share some feedback regarding our reservation, as we were visiting to celebrate our anniversary. When booking via email, I inquired about getting a gazebo and was informed that gazebos could not be reserved in advance, though the team would do their best to accommodate us upon arrival. However, when we arrived, we were told we couldn't sit in a gazebo because they were saved for larger parties. I asked but i thought you couldnt reserve them? I was told that they "prioritize" big groups. Bluntly put, using the word "prioritize" felt quite rude and dismissive, leaving a sour note on our special celebration. To make matters worse, it felt completely unfair as we watched another table of just two people sit in a gazebo for our entire visit, with no additional guests ever joining them. While the explanation and policy consistency were disappointing, the magnificent quality of the food and the sheer talent in the kitchen still make Sunflower Cafe well worth visiting. We now know gazebo seating won't be an option for us as a couple, but we look forward to returning for the chef's outstanding creations. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

We had 4 hours free as we took our soon to a free night parents camp and we decide to have a late lunch here, planning to do something else after and then pick up our son by 7:45 pm. We booked for 4:30 pm. We called as we were late for 10 minutes, they said it was ok. We arrived 4:42 pm and we were sat. We got water and ordered 2 wine glasses and a focaccia (which was delicious). Then my wife ordered salmon and I ordered the 63 acres stake medium rare. The food arrived 45 mins after. We got a complementary focaccia and we appreciated that as was delicious. Almost 50 bucks each plate, gourmet presentation, beautifully plated. We finished and they offer a complementary dessert but we were running out of time so we had to skip any other activity and pick up our son by 7:45 pm. We paid and they gave us a $25 cad gift card. The place is very cool, the set up looks temporary as the kitchen is a trailer and half of the set up are tents. The gazebos are super cute tho which can allocate like 6 to 8 people, we will come back but not soon. They need to build a proper building and not potty (but nice) washrooms. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We really enjoyed our meal here. Food was fresh and innovative and well cooked. Price was on point for what you received. Lovely service and service providers. Would absolutely recommend for a nice meal out. Would urge them to consider better chairs and cleaner facilities but it is an outdoor venue. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
