Jose Andres is an aspiring person. Ive been a fan for years and im inspired by the fact that he is heavily involved in food policy and using food as an avenue of improving developing nations. He's done a pop up called Sunny Day to support the idea of clean fuel cooking to provide for communities in need. The first iteration happened at the end of 2014 in Vegas and recently it showed up in Silicon Valley. Various forms of vegetarian tacos cooked on Solar Powered ranges, cutting down on carbon footprints and the need for traditional fuel. Roasted corn tacos were very tasty and done in a very non traditional manner. At the end tastes good is what matters but to be able to solve an ongoing problem is fantastic.
