I took a chance today and decided to switch things up from my usual stop next door, and I am extremely glad I did. Super Chicken delivered some of the best Peruvian chicken I have had in years. Having traveled to Peru myself—spending time along the Pacific coast and later working in the eastern region—I have experienced authentic Peruvian cuisine firsthand. The moment I took my first bite, it immediately brought back memories of those traditional flavors. The chicken was perfectly cooked with that unmistakable charcoal-roasted flavor, incredibly juicy on the inside with a beautifully seasoned exterior. The sides were outstanding, the sauces were authentic, and everything tasted fresh and prepared with care. What impressed me most was how true the food felt to the Peruvian dining experiences I remember. So many restaurants attempt Peruvian cuisine, but very few capture the balance of flavor, seasoning, and simplicity that makes it special. Super Chicken absolutely nailed it. If you're in Reston and haven't stopped in yet, you're missing out. This place has earned a permanent spot in my lunch and dinner rotation. Outstanding food, outstanding value, and a genuine taste of Peru right here in Northern Virginia. Five stars without hesitation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
