I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store recently. I encountered a frustrating and unpleasant experience with one of your employees, who not only refused to assist me with my purchase but also treated me in a manner that I felt was rude and unprofessional. When I approached for help, she declined to assist me and instructed me to rejoin the line, despite having already been on the line as she had called for a next customer. As I tried to understand the situation, she ignored my request, called the next customer, and continued to disregard my need for assistance. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer, and to make matters worse, I perceived her tone as rude and overheard her using language that was inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe all customers should be treated with respect, patience, and a willingness to help, especially from staff members whose role is to support shoppers. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations, and it has affected my view of the quality of service at SuperSave Market. I hope this message will prompt you to address this matter with the relevant staff and take the necessary steps to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. Prices are good but dis thing of being treated like a thief is so annoying. B4 u enter dey dig into your bag again wen u go out of d shop. Are the cashiers not trained m wondering, what is it that they look for in the grocery after cashiers has scanned all d grocery and packed it only to be taken out by d security b4 u leave d shop
