Ripped off Bartender took 1000thb from us, immediately declared it was 500 and walked away, gave us change from 500, when questioned immediately suggested we check cctv, which showed nothing, but still would not give the rest of our money back, we were certain we gave a 1000 baht as we had taken money out from atm which came in 1000s. Check notes before handing over. Price per person: ฿200–400 Service: 1

We strongly reject this accusation. A 500฿ note was given at the time of payment. Shortly after was claimed that a 1,000฿ had been handed over instead. As per our standard procedure, our staffs have to show each banknote and verbally confirm the amount before placing it in the register to avoid any misunderstanding. When the concern was raised, our staff immediately offered to review the CCTV footage. At that time, they chose not to check the footage and continue to sit and finish their drinks. Only after finishing the drinks did they return to demand money again. Our staffs proper procedure. If anyone truly believes a crime occurred, they are welcome to involve the police. We have nothing to hide and fully stand by our team.

Best Bar in Pai. The owner really thought this through with a lot of care and it shows. This place is a cut above the rest. If you want to chill and catch some amazing sunset vibes, head to Vinyl lounge upstairs. The live bands downstairs are always good and they routinely have Karaoke night too. The cocktails are incredible and the quality of alcohol is very high as is the food. Supermoon is always a good time, you’ll like it :). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿200–300
