On Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 20:11 EST, myself and my Mom visit Supreme Fish Delight located at 3630 Market Place Blvd, Suite 820 WE; East Point, GA 30344. As we were walking in, the cashier was headed to the door with her cell phone. She gave us a disgruntled look as if we were disturbing her. She unwelcomely asked us for our order. Since this was our first visit ever to a Supreme Fish Delight, my elderly mother had questions. The cashier grudgingly gave one word answers in such a rude manner as if my mother was aggravating her. My Mom then asked the cashier about the side items. The cashier pointed to the menu and said, "they are up there" and walked away. My mother and I were appalled. I then told her that this is our first time and my Mom was just asking to get clarification. I informed her she was not being professional and she then told us that she does NOT have to take our order and walked away. We started to leave, but we felt why should we leave just because we were treated in such an unprofessional manner. A nice employee from the back, Kenny (according to the receipt), came and took our order. He was pleasant and professional. We didn't understand why we were treated in such a manner. If the cashier was having a bad day, it was not our fault. Myself and my elderly Mother just wanted to try a new restaurant but with the way we were treated, I don't think we will return. I do hope Supreme Fish Delight doesn't make a habit of hiring people who display such improper work habits. This has left such a bad impression on me on how that cashier spoke to my elderly mother and is this a usual occurrence for her and how she treats Supreme Fish Delight elder customers. I would NOT recommend this place as long as she is the server.
