We're sorry to hear there was confusion regarding the arcade package and game cards. The details of our Arcade Party package are outlined on our website and include unlimited arcade play during the 2-hour party, excluding prize and redemption games. The package also includes a $10 return play card for each child and a $20 return play card for the birthday child. If the cards provided did not match the package you booked, your party host would have been happy to assist and correct the issue during the event. We always encourage guests to let us know of any concerns while they are on-site so we can address them as quickly as possible. We'd also like to clarify that the 2-hour party package is designed to include the full party experience, including time for food, cake, presents, and celebration in the party room, not solely arcade play for the entire two hours as this would not allow time for presents and cake. Regarding guest counts, reservations may be adjusted up to 48 hours before the event. Party packages are reserved, staffed, and prepared based on the final confirmed guest count, which is why pricing is based on the reserved number of participants rather than the number who ultimately attend. We appreciate your comments regarding the temperature in the party room and will share that feedback with the appropriate team for review.
