Try the delicious coffee offered here. The staff is competent that's what makes this cafe so good. Cool service is something guests appreciate here. When you enter this place, you notice the pleasant atmosphere. But Surmer Cafe hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

**Location & Ambiance**: Surmer Cafe’s prime spot near Vanak Park offers a serene setting with greenery and outdoor seating, making it an initially appealing spot to unwind. However, the pleasant surroundings starkly contrast with the underwhelming service and culinary offerings. **Service (Low Quality)**: The service at Surmer Cafe leaves much to be desired. Staff appeared indifferent and inattentive, with long waits for both ordering and receiving items. Simple requests, like refilling water or providing utensils, were met with delays. The lack of warmth or professionalism made the experience feel transactional and forgettable. **Food & Beverages (Subpar)**: - **Potato Dish**: The highlight of disappointment was the potato offering—likely fries or wedges—which arrived soggy, undercooked, and underseasoned. Lacking crispness or flavor, it felt like an afterthought rather than a cafe staple. - **Tea**: The tea, a cornerstone of Iranian hospitality, was equally lackluster. One of the worst cafes I've ever been to :)) The chicken and pesto pizza tasted almost like nothing, not even a little pesto sauce. Very greasy and soft potatoes. The atmosphere smells so much of cigarettes that it's really hard to breathe. I sat at the table closest to the door. Their behavior was normal. We visited this cafe in December 1402. The open space is attractive and cozy. We prepared two models of potatoes (165 each) and we were satisfied with their size and quality. Their prices for drinks and food were reasonable in my opinion. Their menu was online and you can probably see its items. Their behavior was also good and fortunately they did not interfere in the matter of the cover.
