Bonito lugar... Pero la comida para nada esta rica. Desayunamos mi esposo y yo la verdad no nos nos gusto . Segundo día ahí que darles otra oportunidad , pero llegamos nadie nos sento ni siquiera un buenos dias nos pasaron por al lado a contestar el teléfono y tomaron la orden de dos Habitaciones antes de sentarnos a nosotros. Pesimo service... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30

We had breakfast at Surveyor during our stay at the Thompson Hotel. The food was excellent—everything we ordered was fresh, well-prepared, and tasted great. The restaurant also has a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast is complimentary for eligible hotel guests, and gratuity is already included in the bill. However, the service was disappointing. We were seated before several other guests, but our server attended to people who arrived after us first, which felt unusual and made us feel overlooked. When we asked how the complimentary breakfast benefit worked, the explanation was unclear. The server seemed impatient and gave us the impression that he wanted to leave the table as quickly as possible rather than taking a moment to answer our questions properly. We were also dining with our four-year-old child and were simply trying to understand which menu items would be suitable for him. The server was not very helpful or attentive and appeared to make decisions on his own without properly listening to what we were asking. Overall, the food and atmosphere were very good, but the service did not match the quality of the restaurant. More patience, clearer communication, and equal attention to guests would have made the experience much better. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Food portions are extremely small for price, I paid $30 for crabcake Benedict that didn’t come with sides. I ordered a side of potatoes to go with it, not only did they not have the potatoes on the menu, but the waitress said they had hashbrowns. I agreed but she never brought them out, okay cool. So we get the bill and gratuity is included, even though the menu says that is only for 6 or more (we only had 2 people), but okay cool. So we go to pay our bill and ask to split down the middle, 2 receipts come back and I’m charged the full amount and my partner is charged for half, so basically they charged us twice. So we go back to them and they say they voided the transaction but they charged me twice again!!!! No apology, no regard, nothing. So I paid over $250 for a meal that wasn’t filling or good, then they had the nerve to ask if we wanted them to run our cards a third time?!!!! What? Waitress wasn’t paying attention and management was rude to us about it. Skip this place and go to one of the other places in the area if you stay at this hotel!
