Friendly locals as well, one gave me his hat as a souvenier! If you are in this area of Boston, this is the must go to place.
Offers a good selection of Gluten free pasta as well, perfect!
We started off with the caprese salad, which was an extremely generous portion and more than enough for 2 people to share. I then ordered the pescatore with homemade fettuccine and my guest ordered one of the Pizzeria's famous calzones. The pasta was incredibly fresh and had a large quantity of seafood on it. The calzone was OUT OF THIS WORLD and HUGE!!!! We barely made made a dent in either meal, but were happy to eat the leftovers the next day. We managed to squeeze in a piece of the limoncello cake, which was light, airy and delicious.
I can definitely see why this place is named one of BOSTON's BEST! If you are looking for non-pretentious, homemade food like nonna makes, this is the place!!!
