This place is fantastic, delicious food with taste and quality very similar to Sushi Jet downtown, but with even more variety (like surf clam, octopus, salmon tataki, and more). The location is much more convenient for Bedford/Larry Uteck residents, and there’s plenty of free parking, which is a big plus. The service is fast and very friendly. This is definitely my new favourite AYCE sushi spot. Highly recommend! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently checked out Sushi Infinity, the new AYCE spot along Larry Uteck, and I found it impressive. In my opinion, the food quality here pulls ahead of local staples like Sushi Jet, Jukai, and even Mizu. While the raw fish quality is standard to other local spots, the kitchen dishes are where this place really shined. The Black Cod had a gentle and delicious mirin flavor, while the Chicken Karaage and Yakitori were both perfectly cooked and juicy. My personal favorite was the Beef Short Rib because not only was it succulent, but it barely took any effort to bite everything off the bone. What I can really appreciate about this place is that not only are the sauces delicious, they are served at just the right amount. Never too much, but also not scarce. In case you need more, they are happy to accommodate. This place is 100% the least wasteful out of all its competitors! The atmosphere is bright and casual, offering a bit more seating than the nearby Sushi Jet but about half the dining space of Mizu. For ordering, they have the standard tablet, but you can also scan a QR code to order from your phone, which is a nice touch considering the Dartmouth AYCE Jukai severely drops off in service in the event your tablet "stops working." The service was decent and attentive throughout the meal, and they were quick to handle requests for water refills and extra condiments. It is definitely a strong new contender for the best AYCE in the city. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: There are some, but I think the restaurant would benefit from having a category for vegetarian dishes.

We had an all-you-can-eat dinner for lunch. But it's not really worth it. There are a variety of choices, but skewer is not as good as it should be. Sashimi is fine, but nothing special. Sushi is good. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
